- TIN (Traffic Information Network) Over 80 businesses located adja cent major routes regularly report nearby traffic situations
- TIP (Traffic Information Program) Listeners providing the “Best Traffic Tips” are offered prizes for their calls
- Weather information is constantly monitored through TABS
- Police, marine and aviation frequencies are consistently scanned
- Local cab companies, three national transport companies and regional airlines are checked for snow removal or road construction dispatch information
- Data can be entered at any studio workstation, making up to the minute traffic information available to all broadcasters. Each station affiliate receives the most current report possible. |
